We hear that comment a lot. The answer is no.  Intensity is only a small  part of what we do.  Our main focus is to have you moving correctly,  learning new skills and developing progressive strength.  If you delay  starting our programme you will waste precious time on becoming a better version of you.

Yes! The support you get from coaches and other members is what we are  so proud of.  TrainFit has a very friendly community who all started  where you are now. You will meet like minded people who also want to  become fit and healthy. Your new TrainFit family

Yes! Trainfit is adaptable so that anyone of any age or ability can  participate. In the sessions we demonstrate and practice movements  involved in that days workout (known as WOD’s) before it starts. 

What happens in a session?

 Each session is 1 hour long and led by a fully qualified TrainFit  Coach.  No matter what time you attend you will do the same workout of  the day (WOD). The sessions consist of a thorough warmup, mobility,  skill or strength section followed a high intensity workout that will vary in duration each day. TrainFit is  constantly varied and challenging and that’s why it is so much fun!

Absolutely not! Best way to hit your goals is to sign up for both  fitness and nutrition components. This type of training requires you to  fuel your body right and you will learn that on the nutrition course

Yes absolutely! We can tailor make the nutrition course to suit anyone! Just check out the options in our plans and price list
